Eating 100% healthy all the time is unrealistic, so we strive for balance—leaning on whole, minimally processed foods while keeping room open to indulge. The 80/20 rule has become our go-to approach, making healthy habits more sustainable.
Brands should champion real-life balance and offer nutritious options that fit seamlessly into everyday life.

Insight 2
Show me the health.
We no longer blindly trust food brands. Label-reading has become our second language as we seek whole ingredients without artificial additives, GMOs, and excessive processing.
We also care who makes our food, how it’s sourced, and the mission behind it. Legacy brands have lost our trust, and we’re turning to transparent, ethically sourced options.
Brands should make these values central to their marketing and build trust through ingredient transparency, clean label commitments, and ethical sourcing.

Eating for the long run.
Healthy eating isn’t a trend—it’s an investment in our long-term health. We’re realizing how much our diets and microbiomes impact our longevity, energy, and aging. Our fitness goals, personal health stories, and past struggles are shaping our food choices more and more.
Brands should become a trusted wellness partner, reinforcing that nutritious, high-quality food today leads to a healthier tomorrow.
